A total of 610 Iraqi Jews who were outside Iraq and failed to return within three months after the publication of a formal government notice to that effect have been officially deprived of their property and citizenship, it was reported here today from Baghdad. The regulation under which the action was taken was first published six months ago in a series of anti-Jewish moves by the Iraqi Government.
