France will be the scene of the first of a series of national . conferences throughout the free world designed to introduced new vigor into the Zionist movement, it was revealed here by Zalman Shazar, of the Jewish Agency executive.

The conference will probably be called some time in November and will be part of an intensive effort to bring together all Jews interested in helping Israel, whether they are Zionists or not. The general aim of the -worldwide program, Mr. Shazar said, is to create a “vast, dynamic movement encompassing all Jews interested in Israel into the World Zionist Organization.”

To inject new life into the Zionist movement, Mr. Shazar said, it is “necessary to broaden the structure of the W.Z.O.” A resolution modifying the entire composition of the Zionist organization will be introduced at the next Zionist Congress,” he stated. It is to prepare the ground for this resolution, that this series of conferences will be called in various countries of the free world, at which all pro-Israel elements–Zionists or not–will participate, he declared.
