A proposed grove to be planted in Israel in honor of the late Francis Cardinal Spellman, will be a forest, as hundreds of letters have come in response to the proposal from the laity as well as religious leaders of all denominations, the National Council of Jewish Organizations in Civil Service reported here today. An area adjacent to the Sea of Galilee, near the town of Nazareth, has been selected for the Cardinal Spellman Forest and will be dedicated next summer, the organization stated.
