Jewish summer camps for children, which have been a feature of Polish Jewish life for more than a decade, will not function this year, according to information received here from Warsaw. The information confirmed previous reports that the Polish regime had decided not to permit the Jewish social and cultural organization to conduct the camps this year. It was at these camps that Polish Jewish children were given the instruction in Jewish history and culture of which they were deprived during the school year. The Jewish school children are now scheduled to go to the general summer camps with their schoolmates.
