The dangerous evolution of Neo-Nazism and anti-Semitism throughout the world was the main topic of discussion at the meeting of the International Committee of Experts of the International Resistance and Deportees Association. General Delegate Hubert Halin said the growth in anti-Semitism was due in part to Arab propaganda throughout left and “so-called” progressive circles and among certain Christian circles, and in part to the persecution of Jews by the Soviet Union and Poland. He said there was collusion between ex-Nazis and certain Arabs whose common goal was the destruction of Israel. Mr. Halin requested the Belgium government to move to extradite Van Doren, a war criminal who was condemned to death in absentia by a Belgium court and fled to Austria. His presence in Austria was discovered by the Experts of the International Resistance and Deportees Association.
