According to a report from another reliable source, a 16-year-old Jewish boy, Monus Mafpzer, was recently attacked and severely beaten by unknown persons in a street in Riga, Latvia and is still in a hospital there. The youngster was identified as the brother of Boris Mafpzer, a Riga Jew arrested recently as a dissenter. According to the source, local police have not found the assailants and are not making a serious effort to find them.
