Bertram L. Zweibon, executive director of the Jewish Defense League, told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today that he expects the three JDL members indicted Monday for the Jan. 26 fire-bombing of impressario Sol Hurok’s office to be released on bail by tonight.

Zweibon who is serving as defense counsel for the trio, would not say specifically whether the JDL has succeeded in raising the $75,000 bail–$25,000 for each of the accused–but he hinted that the money has been found.

The three youths, Stuart Carl Cohen, Sheldon Siegel and Sheldon Davis, pleaded not guilty in Federal Court yesterday to charges of using incendiary bombs that caused one death and several injuries in Hurok’s office.
