An Orthodox rabbi was found guilty by a military court in Gaza Thursday of inciting Israeli soldiers to disobey orders to dismantle a road block erected outside of Yamit last February by members of the movement to halt the withdrawal from Sinai. The court based its verdict against Rabbi Yisrael Ariel, the former rabbi of Yamit, on a television newsreel film clip showing him exhorting the troops. Ariel will be sentenced at a later date.
