Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat celebrated his 70th birthday Wednesday. Reflecting on his life, he said, “It was a hard journey, but a strong one toward liberation.” He said his birthday wish was to pray one day in Jerusalem, “the capital of Palestine.”
