Israeli President Ezer Weizman was expected to be released from the hospital Wednesday after being admitted earlier this month for treatment of a gall bladder infection. The Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported that Weizman would spend the next few days resting at home and that he intends to host a Rosh Hashanah diplomatic reception on Thursday.
