German legislation to ratify a $5.2 billion fund to compensate Holocaust-era slave laborers will be unacceptable if it denies funds to victims who have already received other compensation, said representatives for the laborers. A government spokeswoman responded that the issue would be discussed at the next set of talks about how to distribute the fund, which was agreed to late last year. The talks are slated to take place in several weeks in Washington.
