A restaurant in Taiwan’s capital is decorated with photos and murals depicting Nazi death camp victims, and a sign over the entrance reads, “Gas Chamber.” The eatery’s owners said they wanted to give diners the feeling they are eating in a prison, adding that they had not intended to offend anyone.
