China’s president ended a seven-day trip to Israel. Jiang Zemin’s visit came amid U.S.-Israeli tensions over Israel’s plan to sell a $250 million airborne radar system to Beijing. Israeli President Ezer Weizman said the Jewish state would “find a solution” to those tensions, leaving it unclear whether the deal would go through.
