More than 1,200 Israeli teens found a unique way to wish Prime Minister Ehud Barak smooth sailing at Camp David. The teen-agers, who live in kibbutzim, sailed across the Sea of Galilee in a flotilla of 40 homemade rafts, carrying a message of peace.
