A lawyer who has sought restitution on behalf of Holocaust victims in much- publicized class-action lawsuits is being accused by other clients of abandoning their cases and not returning their phone calls for years, according to The New York Times. Edward Fagan has a misconduct complaint pending against him in New Jersey, and one client recently won a malpractice judgment against him, the newspaper said.
