Forensic photographs of the Israeli athletes murdered in the 1972 Munich Olympics Massacre were blurred when a documentary on the topic was aired in Israel. The makers of “One Day in September,” which won an Oscar this year for best documentary, agreed to blur the photographs out of respect for the victims’ families.
