Israelis top the list of foreign investors snapping up real estate at bargain prices in Budapest, according to Reuters. A sales pamphlet for Israelis says Budapest is filled with property “peaches,” the report added. With Germans, Americans, British and Chinese also among the investors, concerns are mounting that native Hungarians may be priced out of the market.
