Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu canceled his remaining lectures in the San Francisco area after protesters in Berkeley, Calif., forced him to call off a speech on Tuesday. A message on the answering machine of the group that arranged the lectures said the talks were canceled out of concern for attendees’ safety.
