Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat denied reports that Israel and the Palestinians have been holding secret peace talks. Arafat’s denial came after the Palestinian leadership issued a declaration that it will continue the struggle against Israel despite the Palestinians’ “human, material and economic” losses.
