The Jewish community of Belarus and the London-based Solomon Family Charitable Trust are building a sculpture garden in Minsk to commemorate mentally handicapped people killed during the Holocaust. The garden will be built outside the Novinski Orphanage and Psychiatric Clinic, where 120 mentally disabled patients were murdered in July 1941.
