The head of Israel’s Shin Bet security service traveled to Washington to brief administration officials on the Palestinian-Israeli security situation. Avi Dichter already has met with President Bush’s national security adviser, Condoleezza Rice, and was due to meet with intelligence officials, including the CIA chief, Israel Radio reported.
