The biblical couple Rachel and Jacob grace a new commemorative coin issued by the Bank of Israel. The Chagall-like design by artist Asher Calderon comes in gold, silver relief and plain silver, and costs approximately $600 for the set of three coins. It marks the eighth in a series of biblical-themed coins minted by Israel’s central bank.
