An Israeli man was killed in a West Bank terrorist attack, leaving a widow and five children, including triplets. Terrorists from the Al-Aksa Brigade shot and killed Ro’i Arbel, 30, a high-tech engineer from the West Bank town of Talmon, in a roadside attack Tuesday night that wounded two other people traveling in the same car.
