A student court in New York ruled recently that Israel’s West Bank security barrier is legal and that The Hague lacks jurisdiction in the matter. Students at New York University’s law school represented the parties involved in the International Court of Justice’s hearing held earlier this year at The Hague on the legality of Israel’s security fence.
