JERUSALEM (JTA) — More than 250 rabbis from around the world are meeting in Prague.
Rabbis from Europe, Israel, Russia and the United States are attending the three-day forum, which is scheduled to end Thursday, organized by the Conference of European Rabbis.
The forum opened Monday with a ceremony honoring Holocaust victims held in the Prague-Holesovice neighborhood near the Parkhotel, from where transports of more than 45,000 Jews were sent to Nazi concentration camps.
The conference is a continuation of the World Holocaust Forum that took place Monday in Brussels.
