Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, effectively closed the Hadassah Valley of the Sun Chapter office on Thursday, Jan. 29, and the chapter leadership has been busy determining how it will move forward without the office and professional staff.
"We will regroup," Adele Smith, president of the HVOS chapter, told Jewish News this week. "We will still be a chapter … just without an office or staff."
