As a prologue to the opening of General Assembly at the U.N. Tuesday, a small group of rabbis and demonstrators briefly blocked traffic yesterday opposite the U.N., while a few blocks away Jewish groups unveiled a petition opposing the unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood.
