Rick Santorum’s decision to invest almost wholly in Iowa seems ready to pay off with a third or second place tomorrow.
Jon Huntsman has made a similar bet on New Hampshire. So it’s interesting that he is now going after Ron Paul, whom he says is "not electable."
Does Huntsman see Paul as the man to bring down in New Hampshire?
This is the ad that goes with the thrust.
Some of what makes Paul unlectable — per Huntsman, anyway — has to do with his postures on Israel (that Israel is behind the rise of Hamas, that it would be natural for Iran to aspire to a nuclear weapon.)
But there’s more: The "New World Order" conspiracy theories, the Civil War revisionism, his chickens-come-home-to-roost take on 9-11.
