The latest addition to my list of failed brilliant ideas…
I saw on 6nobacon that Dr. Ruth and Lena Dunham are both being honored this week by Planned Parenthood. So I marched into the JTA bullpen area, Michael Scott-style, and declared that we must get Dr. Ruth on the phone and record her dishing sex tips to Hannah Horvath, Dunham’s character on Girls.
We got Dr. Ruth on the phone. Only one problem: She told us that she doesn’t give advice to fictional characters, and quickly hung up.
OK, fine. But please call back. See, we have this friend. Her name is, er, Banana Borvath, and she has this weird boyfriend and some OCD issues…
