A. Arnold Vas Dias, well-known Dutch journalist and a member of a prominent Dutch Jewish family, died in Florida Monday, it was learned here today. Mr. Vas Dias, who was 75, covered the United Nations for the Nieuwe Rotterdamse Courant.
