A CD featuring a concert held in memory of 1,200 Polish children who spent six weeks in the Terezin Ghetto before being murdered at the Auschwitz death camp in October 1943 was released in the Czech Republic. Twelve hundred copies of Gustav Mahler’s Kindertotenlieder, or Songs on the Death of Children, were produced by the Terezin-based charity, the Hans Krasa Foundation.
