A delegation from Israel’s Knesset plans to fly to Cuba to take part in a conference bringing together legislators from around the world, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. The Israelis will meet with Cuban President Fidel Castro and members of Havana’s Jewish community. Israel does not have diplomatic relations with Cuba.
