A delegation of Libyan Jews living in Italy is in Tripoli to meet Muammar Gadhafi. The group was invited by the Libyan government to forge ties and determine compensation for abandoned and decrepit Jewish communal property in Libya, said Stanley Urman, executive director of Justice for Jews from Arab Countries.
