A French anti-terrorist judge ordered an investigation into a German citizen in connection with last year’s attack on a synagogue in the Tunisian island of Djerba in which 21 people were killed. Christian Ganczarski, also known as Abu Ibrahim, was arrested Tuesday at Paris’ Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport after arriving in France from Saudi Arabia.
