A Jewish school in Sweden can remain open although its enrollment is below the legal minimum, Sweden’s Supreme Court ruled. The high court ruled last week that the Chabad-affiliated Beit Menachem School in Gothenburg could be granted an exemption from the 20-student law for religious reasons.
