A lawsuit to contest U.S. presidential votes in Florida’s Palm Beach County was withdrawn from federal court. Instead, the expected plaintiffs in that lawsuit, who claim that they may have accidentally voted for Reform Party candidate Pat Buchanan instead of Vice President Al Gore, are to join another lawsuit slated to be filed in a state court.
