A man lost his citizenship for lying about his participation in the rounding up of Ukrainian Jews during World War II. Osyp Firischak, 86, could be deported under Tuesday’s decision. Firischak helped round up Jews in the city of Lvov in August 1942, part of an action in which 100,000 Jews in the city were rounded up in 1942 and 1943.
