A neo-Nazi paramilitary group in Russia said it plans to use the country’s current economic crisis to play a more active political role. Russia’s acting prime minister, Viktor Chernomyrdin, said in a television interview that groups like Russian National Unity have a chance of gaining increased power because of the country’s current political and economic turmoil.
