A new neo-Nazi newspaper is being published in Latvia. A branch of the Russian National Unity group is publishing the New Order newspaper, which features articles accusing Latvian Jews of inciting tension between ethnic Russians and ethnic Latvians, according to the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union.
