A retired Austrian neurologist accused of Nazi war crimes is too ill to stand trial, according to a psychiatric report commissioned by the prosecution in Vienna. Heinrich Gross, 84, was charged last year with complicity in the murder of nine children at a Vienna clinic during World War II.
