A Russian Jewish group and the European Commission are launching a program to monitor anti- Semitism. The three-year, $1.2 million project to monitor xenophobia, anti-Semitism and violent hate groups in Russia is being sponsored by the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union and the Moscow Bureau on Human Rights.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
