A U.S. Jewish senator consistently got the highest marks in a good government group’s analysis of lawmakers’ relations to special interests. Sen. Herb Kohl (D-Wis.) was the senator with the lowest reliance on special interest money, according to Public Citizen’s analysis published this week.
