Abba Eban, Minister without Portfolio in the Israel Cabinet, and president of the Weizmann Institute, arrived in New York today for a few days visit on his way back to Israel from the Argentines.
While in New York, Mr. Eban will consult scientists and economists in connection with the International Conference on the Role of Science in New States, which will meet in August at the Weizmann Institute in Israel. Mr. Eban is the initiator of the Conference.
