Abraham Grynszpan, uncle of Herschel Grynszpan, young Polish Jew who assassinated a German Embassy official here, and his wife were today sentenced to four months’ imprisonment and a fine of 100 francs ($2.60) for sheltering an undesirable alien. The couple was defended by Vincent de Moro-Giafferi, noted criminal lawyer who, together with Henri Torres, has been retained to defend young Grynszpan.
