Labor Minister Yigal Allon suggested today that two experimental settlements of Arab refugees be established in Sinai territory seized during last June’s Six-Day War. Speaking to settlers in the religious agricultural region of Shafir, Allon said such resettlement of refugees could be disassociated from the general Arab-Israel peace problem.
