Representatives of the Israel Government and of the Jewish Agency executive today tendered a luncheon in honor of the executive directors of the Jewish welfare federations of nine American cities which together raised $5,250,000 for the United Jewish Appeal last year. The nine were: Sidney Cohen, Boston; Martin Cohen, Minneapolis; Norman Dockman, New Haven; Edward Kahn, Atlanta: Dan Rosenberg, St. Paul; Arthur Rosichan, Buffalo: Max Stern, Patterson, N.J.; W.B. Sudran, Kansas City; and Bernard Gottlieb, Hartford.
