An aging terrorist issued a call from his jail cell in France for attacks on Israel and the United States in support of the Palestinians. Illich Ramirez Sanchez, known as Carlos the Jackal, made the appeal after Israel killed the leader of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestinian earlier this week.
