An Austrian education official has been accused of making Nazi jokes and anti-Semitic remarks. Former pupils testified last week at a hearing in Vienna District Court that Heiner Zechmann, the new president of schools in the province of Carinthia, repeatedly made racist jokes when he was a teacher.
