An exhibit on the wartime rescue of Danish Jews opened on the Carribean island of St. Thomas. “The Living Wall” exhibit examines the 1943 rescue of almost all of Denmark’s 3,000 Jews. St. Thomas was under Danish control before it became U.S. territory in 1917.
