An Islamic leader in Israel may be charged with membership in a terrorist organization. Sheik Ra’ad Salah and four other members of the northern branch of Israel’s Islamic movement, including the mayor of Umm el-Fahm, also will be charged with transferring money raised illegally abroad to groups affiliated with Hamas in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, reports said.
